  • Human Resources and Training Department is specialized in the following: -
  • Proposing policies and plans related to human resources, and supervising their implementation.
  • Determining the Ministry’s needs for jobs and employees and coordinating with the various administrative units.
  • Proposing policies and plans to raise the efficiency of the Ministry’s human cadres and develop their capabilities.
  • Preparing a draft description, classification and arrangement of jobs and following up on its implementation and development in coordination with the relevant authorities.
  • Study the results of the job performance evaluation and any proposals in particular in coordination with the competent authorities.
  • Studying requests for contracting, appointment, transfer, secondment, promotion and other job matters and referring them to the competent authorities for processing.
  • Preparing for the Ministry’s Personnel Affairs Committee meetings and writing their minutes.
  • Collect and coordinate all data related to human resources and ensure its preservation and ease of reference.
  • Providing all data related to human resources and coordinating with the competent authority to prepare a unified electronic database for the Ministry.
  • Proposing the necessary plans and programs to provide training opportunities for employees of the Ministry in light of the rules, regulations and decisions related to this matter in accordance with actual needs and working to implement them.
  • Implementing training plans and programs, raising the efficiency of workers, and coordinating with the authorities concerned with training to benefit from the available programs.
  • Supervising the Ministry’s participation in activities and competitions organized by other institutions.
  • Proposing regulations and internal systems for activity and training for the Ministry and its affiliated entities.
  • Participate in preparing the annual estimated budget.
  • Submitting periodic reports on management activity.
  • Other tasks assigned to it in accordance with applicable legislation.
