Technical Affairs and Projects Management Division, which is responsible for the following:
Administrative and technical supervision of projects in a way that achieves their completion within the specified time, studying the difficulties encountered in the course of work, and working to overcome and solve them.
Receiving proposals related to the development of the ministry's projects, studying them, and referring them for approval.
Preparing designs in coordination with the consulting engineering offices and providing the necessary information and requirements.
Developing and upgrading the engineering and technical cadres in the division in coordination with the competent authorities.
Participating in scientific conferences and conducting studies and research in the field of specialization.
Preparing the technical specifications for construction, maintenance, and laboratory equipment projects in the ministry's affiliated institutions, coordinating their approval, and continuously monitoring the implementing and supplying entities.
Monitoring the implementation of construction, development, and equipment contracts in the ministry's affiliated institutions and ensuring their compliance with the approved technical specifications.
Monitoring the implementation of the ministry's projects in coordination with the relevant parties and ensuring their compliance with the approved specifications.
Participating in the preparation of the ministry's construction plans.
Monitoring the preparation of the necessary measurements and technical specifications for the implementation of the projects included in the ministry's transformation plan and its affiliated entities.
Participating in the preparation of the annual estimated budget.
Submitting periodic reports on the division's activities.
Any other tasks assigned to it in accordance with the applicable legislation.
