Technical Affairs and Projects Management Division, which is responsible for the following:

• Administrative and technical supervision of projects in a way that achieves their completion within the specified time, studying the difficulties encountered in the course of work, and working to overcome and solve them.
• Receiving proposals related to the development of the ministry's projects, studying them, and referring them for approval.
• Preparing designs in coordination with the consulting engineering offices and providing the necessary information and requirements.
• Developing and upgrading the engineering and technical cadres in the division in coordination with the competent authorities.
• Participating in scientific conferences and conducting studies and research in the field of specialization.
• Preparing the technical specifications for construction, maintenance, and laboratory equipment projects in the ministry's affiliated institutions, coordinating their approval, and continuously monitoring the implementing and supplying entities.
• Monitoring the implementation of construction, development, and equipment contracts in the ministry's affiliated institutions and ensuring their compliance with the approved technical specifications.
• Monitoring the implementation of the ministry's projects in coordination with the relevant parties and ensuring their compliance with the approved specifications.
• Participating in the preparation of the ministry's construction plans.
• Monitoring the preparation of the necessary measurements and technical specifications for the implementation of the projects included in the ministry's transformation plan and its affiliated entities.
• Participating in the preparation of the annual estimated budget.
• Submitting periodic reports on the division's activities.
• Any other tasks assigned to it in accordance with the applicable legislation.
