• Administrative Affairs is concerned with the general aspects of administration in the Ministry. It includes managing material, financial, and administrative resources, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, implementing policies and procedures, and managing relationships with partners and external parties. In addition, Administrative Affairs at the Ministry of Technical and Technical Education is concerned with improving internal processes and developing management strategies. effective in achieving the desired objectives of the Ministry. Administrative affairs and human resources include many important tasks, including:
  • Planning and implementing budgets: setting and estimating the necessary budgets for the Ministry and following up on their implementation efficiently.
  • Implementing administrative policies: applying regulations and systems related to management and developing processes to enhance management efficiency.
  • Contract and Procurement Management: Handle signing contracts and managing deals effectively in accordance with rules and regulations.
  • Administrative and technical supervision of the associated administrative units, coordinating their work, and following up on their performance and development.
  • Implementing the laws, regulations and administrative systems related to the Ministry’s administrative apparatus, and taking the necessary measures to ensure their full implementation.
  • Taking the necessary measures related to purchases of stationery, equipment, devices, machinery, etc., in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Participate with the Human Resources Department in preparing studies related to determining the workforce needs needed to fill vacant positions and developing those who can benefit from them.
  • Carrying out work related to archives affairs, and organizing them in a way that ensures the recording and circulation of files, documents, and correspondence, their preservation, and easy reference to them, and supervising the work of printing, copying, photocopying, and introducing machines in these areas.
  • Implementing, distributing and following up the Ministry’s incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Implementing the laws, regulations and financial systems related to the work of the Ministry’s administrative apparatus and taking the necessary measures to ensure their full implementation.
  • Preparing the draft management budget for the Ministry in coordination with the relevant departments, controlling the aspects of its disbursement, and initiating financial procedures for its implementation in accordance with the legislation in force.
  • Maintaining books of instruments and financial and cash receipts.
  • Maintaining incoming financial transactions after taking the necessary measures by the departments, offices and competent authorities according to the rules.
  • Maintaining financial records and books.
  • Carrying out annual inventorying of fixed and movable property and sudden inventorying of safes in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Following up on financial procedures in entities affiliated with the Ministry in order to ensure their integrity and prepare reports on them.
  • Initiating the budget implementation and disbursement procedure in accordance with applicable legislation, including the collection of bills and debts.
  • Implementing procedures related to personnel affairs, including appointment, transfer, secondment, secondment, promotion, and retirement procedures, in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
