The Department of Technical Colleges at the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education is the supervisory body responsible for managing and monitoring the educational process in technical colleges, as the administration supervises 50 technical colleges distributed throughout Libya. The administration works to ensure the provision of an appropriate educational environment and the quality of education in all aspects. The administration also develops and implements the necessary educational policies and procedures to ensure the quality of teaching and learning in technical colleges. In addition, the administration monitors and evaluates the quality of academic programs and facilities of technical colleges and provides guidance and support to students and faculty members. It also works to enhance cooperation with the industrial sector and the labor market to ensure that the acquired technical skills match the needs of the labor market.
